Charitable Braintree 1.3.0 now supports popular European local payment methods – iDEAL in the Netherlands, Bancontact in Belgium, EPS in Austria, BLIK and Przelewy24 in Poland, and MyBank in Italy and Portugal. When your site’s currency matches a method’s supported currency, the relevant payment buttons appear automatically below the card form, so donors can give through the bank transfer or wallet they already use every day.

Offering the payment options donors already trust removes friction at checkout and can drive noticeably higher conversion on campaigns targeting European audiences. There’s nothing extra for donors to set up, and nothing for you to configure beyond enabling the methods you’d like to offer.

Complete data security and privacy
