The integration automatically syncs donor information to MailerLite when someone makes a donation through Charitable. When a donation is completed, Charitable sends the donor’s details to MailerLite via API connection.

Can I choose which email lists donors join?

Yes, you have complete control over list assignment. Set global rules that apply to all donations, or create conditional rules based on campaign, donation amount, or donor type.

How do I set up the integration between Charitable and MailerLite?

First, install and activate the Newsletter Connect extension from your WordPress dashboard. Then find your MailerLite API key in your MailerLite account settings and enter it in Charitable’s Settings » Marketing » MailerLite tab.

Do donors get added automatically or do I need to trigger it?

Donors are added real-time when they complete a donation. No manual triggering or intervention is required once you’ve configured the integration settings.

Is there a limit to how many contacts I can sync?

Charitable itself has no limits on the number of donors you can sync to MailerLite. However, your MailerLite plan may have subscriber limits that apply.
