Do you have a refund policy?
Yes! We offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
We think Charitable is a great product, but we understand that it can’t work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve, we will be happy to offer a refund.
Note: As of May 7, 2019, PayPal is no longer refunding the transaction fee when a refund is issued. This means that although we have a money back guarantee, we are unable to refund the PayPal transaction fee.
Can I try Charitable extensions before purchasing?
Yes! If you’d like to try our extensions before purchasing, shoot us an email and we’ll set you up with a demo.
Do you offer free trials?
We can’t give free trials, due to the nature of the product. However, we do offer a 30-day money back guarantee, so you can make a purchase and try everything out risk-free.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Most of our customers are non-profit organizations, and we understand that it can be a significant investment. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a discount on our Plus or Pro packages, since they are already offered at a major discount (more than 50% off).
How long is my Charitable license valid for?
All purchases for Charitable products are for a single-year license. The license gives you access to support and updates for the products. You can keep using the plugins after the license expires, but you won’t have access to support or updates anymore.
Annual renewals are billed at a 50% discount.
How much does it cost to renew my license?
Annual renewals are automatic and you can cancel anytime.
