Customize the Payment Field Format in Your Donation Form

You can customize the appearance of the payment field on your donation form to match your branding and improve the donor experience. This option is currently available only in the Charitable Pro plugin.

Access the Donation Form Settings

In your WordPress dashboard, go to Charitable » Settings » General Page. Then, open the Donation Form tab.

On this page, you can customize your donation form display options, templates, and more.

Choose Your Payment Method Display Style

Locate the Payment Method Display field.

Here, you can choose between two options: default and modern.

The default style is the standard display option for the payment field, while modern offers a more contemporary look and feel with streamlined design elements.

Select the style that best suits your website’s design.

Exploring Additional Form Settings

On this page, you can also configure other settings of your donation form. These include options for:

  • Display Options: Adjust how donation amounts are presented and formatted.
  • Form Template: Choose a pre-designed template to change the overall look and feel of the form.
  • Minimum/Maximum Donation Location: Control where the minimum and maximum donation amount fields are displayed on the form
  • Highlight Color: Customize the form’s accent color to match your brand.

After selecting your desired display style, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Save Changes button.

Verify Your Updates

Refresh your donation form to preview your updates.
