Do you offer special non-profit discounts?

We don’t offer special non-profit discounts because we’ve taken a thoughtful approach to pricing from the start. Rather than offering complex discount programs, we’ve designed our base pricing to be reasonable and affordable for anyone who wants to raise funds including individuals, small non-profits, and bigger charitable causes. This means:

  • Every organization gets access to professional fundraising tools at fair prices
  • Our pricing structure already considers the unique budgetary needs of non-profits
  • We focus on delivering maximum value through comprehensive features and support
  • Your investment directly supports continuous platform improvements that help you raise more

Does your pricing change based on organization size?

Our pricing stays fair whether you’re small or large. With every plan, you can create unlimited campaigns and have unlimited donors. We believe every non-profit should have access to quality fundraising tools, whether you’re just starting or running multiple campaigns. As you grow, our value grows with you.

Are there any other costs to know about?

We believe in being clear about costs. If you’re using the Lite version, the plugin is free to use but you’ll incur a 3% platform fee + your payment gateway fee for every transaction.

When you upgrade to the premium plugin, the platform fee goes away. The only additional costs you might encounter are payment processing fees, which are standard across the industry and go directly to payment processors.

Can we upgrade or downgrade our plan as needed?

Absolutely. We understand that your needs may change over time. You can adjust your plan at any time, and we’ll prorate any difference. This flexibility ensures you’re always on the most appropriate plan for your organization.

Do you offer a trial period or money-back guarantee?

Yes, we want you to be confident in your choice. We offer a 14-day risk-free trial period so you can experience the full platform and ensure it meets your needs.
