We don’t offer special non-profit discounts because we’ve taken a thoughtful approach to pricing from the start. Rather than offering complex discount programs, we’ve designed our base pricing to be reasonable and affordable for anyone who wants to raise funds including individuals, small non-profits, and bigger charitable causes. This means:

Are there any other costs to know about?

We believe in being clear about costs. If you’re using the Lite version, the plugin is free to use but you’ll incur a 3% platform fee + your payment gateway fee for every transaction.

When you upgrade to the premium plugin, the platform fee goes away. The only additional costs you might encounter are payment processing fees, which are standard across the industry and go directly to payment processors.

Can we upgrade or downgrade our plan as needed?

Absolutely. We understand that your needs may change over time. You can adjust your plan at any time, and we’ll prorate any difference. This flexibility ensures you’re always on the most appropriate plan for your organization.
