Add Your Donation Form to a Page

With Charitable 1.5, there is an easy way to embed a donation form in a page with the [charitable_donation_form] shortcode.

Simply create your campaign (if you’re not sure how, see this documentation), then find the ID of the campaign by going to Charitable > Campaigns. You will see the ID listed before the campaign name.

Campaign ID

Now you can add your donation form to any page using this shortcode:

[charitable_donation_form campaign_id=123]

Replace ‘123’ with the ID of your campaign.
