From early intervention programs detecting developmental delays in young children to providing essential physical, occupational, and speech therapies, KIRAN Society addresses every stage of need. Inclusive and special education programs cater specifically to the unique learning needs of children and adults with disabilities, while vocational training prepares older youth for meaningful employment.

- Mirzapur, U.P. – Programs across 34 villages
- Mau, U.P. – Health outreach in 98 villages
- Balia, Bihar – Health services across 50 villages
- Ghazipur, U.P. – Outreach support in 20 villages
- Kaimur, Bihar – Health outreach and rehabilitation camps in 20 villages
Children with disabilities from across India also visit KIRAN’s walk-in facility for specialized care and rehabilitation.
