You might see a notice similar to this one if the license associated with your account is nearing expiration (usually within 14 days):
“Your license may be expiring soon. Please renew to continue receiving updates and support.”
If you see this notice, check the date listed with the license in the general tab of Charitable settings. You might want to confirm if you have the correct license key entered into the site… and you can also check license billing dates and information by logging into your account and accessing the “Billing” tab in your account area.
If you believe this message to be error, please feel free to reach out to our support team.
Also be aware the notice that is displayed on any Charitable page can be dismissed, but the message on the General tab will remain until the license information can be updated.
Note: No messages are displayed to ANY users on the frontend if a license is expired or has expired. The notices mentioned above only appear to admin users in the WordPress backend.
